Enoch Cree Nation is a neighbourhood of Enoch Cree Nation, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,825 living in private households. 1.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 0.8%. 12.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 86.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 1.6% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide.
