Hollick-Kenyon is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,451 living in private households. 49.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 16.2%. 46.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 35.1% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $107,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 28.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.54 km², giving a population density of 4,202 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
