Londonderry is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,095 living in private households. 49.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 15.8%. 46.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 32.9% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $108,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 4.3% of households rented rather than owned.
