Britannia Youngstown is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,516 living in private households. 36.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 12.2%. 50.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 12.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 29.5% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $52,400 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 70.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.67 km², giving a population density of 2,441 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
