High Park is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,345 living in private households. 27.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 9.0%. 55.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 16.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 25.4% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $74,500 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 45.2% of households rented rather than owned.
