Elsinore is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,796 living in private households. 49.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 13.8%. 46.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 30.4% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $116,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 22.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.70 km², giving a population density of 2,150 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
