Beaumaris is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,761 living in private households. 46.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 23.7%. 48.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 34.9% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $76,500 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 20.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.30 km², giving a population density of 2,895 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
