Estates of Sherwood Park (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Strathcona County, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,582 living in private households. 11.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 2.6%. 84.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.6% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $141,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 5.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.56 km², giving a population density of 2,944 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
