Griffon Industrial Park (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Strathcona County, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,534 living in private households. 11.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 3.5%. 83.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.5% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $115,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 14.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.79 km², giving a population density of 2,702 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
