Heritage Valley Town Centre is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,525 living in private households. 68.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 24.9%. 29.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.2% reported Indigenous identity.
