Heritage Point Community is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,323 living in private households. 54.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 18.5%. 41.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 40.8% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $97,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 33.4% of households rented rather than owned.
