Keswick is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,409 living in private households. 55.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 13.1%. 41.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 38.8% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $114,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 26.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 7.76 km², giving a population density of 697 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
