South Terwillegar is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,077 living in private households. 50.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 11.1%. 43.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 6.0% reported Indigenous identity.
