Terwillegar Heights is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,370 living in private households. 47.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 18.7%. 51.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 33.4% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $151,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 15.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.96 km², giving a population density of 2,469 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
