Kingswood is a neighbourhood of St. Albert, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,869 living in private households. 9.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 2.4%. 86.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.6% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $140,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 6.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.01 km², giving a population density of 1,951 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
