Forest Lawn is a neighbourhood of St. Albert, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,169 living in private households. 8.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 3.6%. 86.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 11.1% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $107,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 11.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.04 km², giving a population density of 2,043 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
