Twin Brooks is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,280 living in private households. 45.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 19.2%. 53.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 33.8% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $130,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 5.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 4.42 km², giving a population density of 1,422 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
