Belvedere is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,327 living in private households. 36.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 14.0%. 52.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 11.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 27.9% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $60,800 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 50.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.71 km², giving a population density of 3,111 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
