Delwood is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,491 living in private households. 21.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 4.3%. 67.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 11.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 20.0% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $84,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 20.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.35 km², giving a population density of 2,593 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
