Clover Park (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Fort Saskatchewan, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 9,489 living in private households. 14.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 5.4%. 78.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 7.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 13.5% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $122,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 23.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 38.26 km², giving a population density of 248 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
