Decoteau (south) is a neighbourhood of Edmonton, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 225 living in private households. 20.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 16.3%. 74.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 16.3% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. 37.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 15.84 km², giving a population density of 14 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
