Devon is a neighbourhood of Devon, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,545 living in private households. 5.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 1.6%. 88.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 6.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 5.6% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $95,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 22.4% of households rented rather than owned.
