Parkland County (east) is a neighbourhood of Parkland County, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,606 living in private households. 1.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole. 90.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 7.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 6.3% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $121,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 5.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 155.26 km², giving a population density of 17 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
