Parkland County (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Parkland County, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,045 living in private households. 2.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 1.2%. 91.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 7.0% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $125,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 7.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 176.92 km², giving a population density of 17 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
