Parkland County (north-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Parkland County, in Greater Edmonton. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,135 living in private households. 2.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 33.0% across Greater Edmonton as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 1.0%. 91.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 6.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 5.8% of the population, compared with 26.0% citywide. Median household income before tax was $134,000 in 2020, compared with $96,000 for Greater Edmonton. 3.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 132.28 km², giving a population density of 39 people per square kilometre (Greater Edmonton averages about 144).
